| Description: |
The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponents that would enter into one or more lease agreements with the Board to, subject to Ministry of Education approval, finance the design, construction, maintenance, management and operation of a domed artificial turf sports field on one or both Sites for a fixed term, all at no cost to the Board. The successful Proponent(s) will be responsible for all aspects of the operations of a Facility on a Site including the day to day management functions of the Facility, all maintenance responsibilities, any commercial operations, recreational programming, related staffing, and all other management and operational activities necessary to maintain and provide a quality recreational facility (all at no cost to the Board). |
